Heavy windy wet rainstorm today. When we got to Narnia (planned two night stay), discovered that forward cabin floor was flooded and bilge pump earning its keep… Looks like we have a leak at the mast boot that runs down the mast in the forward stateroom into the bilge area that has an automatic bilge pump that will pump the water overboard (we call it the yum yum pump)… Good news 1) we are here and found this 2) able to do a temporary reduction of redirecting the water flow that has taken place 3) cabin forward stateroom floor is almost dry 4) we got to use the dryer part of washer/dryer combo unit that we never had the need to use 5) Scotty sleeping through all of this 6) Dan has already done his due diligence on how to seal a mast boot 👢 (once rain stops) 7) Narnia will hopefully rock us to sleep 😴 with all of this wind !
