The Caliber 40LRC, SV Dreamer, recently made her way through the Panama Canal arriving in the Pacific Ocean as she continues her travels from the East Coast of the US to Australia. You can follow Dreamer’s FB Page here. Chris’ video of the canal transit is below.
We’re excited to announce that David has invited Dan to accompany him and Chris as they continue their journey west across the Pacific.
We spent the morning on the trails perfecting our Snowshoe and Cross Country Skiing skills. Still need a bit more practice on the skis. Lots of animal tracks in the snow.
Our lodge was co-located with the Bettles Airfield. During our stay we saw some interesting aircraft, both civilian and military visit. Besides the Cesena 208B aircraft we flew to/from Bettles in, we were also visited by a 1942 C-46 (Dumbo), a military Chinook Helicopter, as well as a Blackhawk Helicopter.
